This campaign is open only to residents and permanent residents of Singapore. Entrants under the age of Eighteen (18) years old must seek written parental and/or guardian consent before participating in this campaign.

  • Registration starts from 28/07/2016 to 24/08/2016.
  • Participants can register through their email. Content and information is collected directly by The Body Shop. The campaign is not endorsed, operated or approved by Facebook, and any enquiries in relation to it should be addressed to The Body Shop only.
  • The Body Shop shall use your personal information ("Data") in connection with the administration of the campaign and for sales and market analysis, and if you have not withdrawn your consent, to keep you up to date with our products, promotions and campaigns (although you may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time). We shall process your Data securely and will only share them within The Body Shop group of companies (The Body Shop International Plc and its subsidiaries) or with our franchisees, and with Cruelty Free International, as well as with appointed contractors (acting on our behalf and according to our instructions with adequate security measure) anywhere in the world (including in countries that may not offer the same level of protection of personal data than your home country). The Body Shop will never otherwise share your Data with unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent.   • Each participant is entitled to a one-time registration. Upon registering, participant will be awarded with one (1) $10 off one Tea Tree regular priced item, minimum $20 and above and complimentary LOVE YOUR BODY Club membership with any purchase. An email with redemption details will be sent to the participant’s registered email address upon completing the challenges. In addition, the offer will be saved under the Profile Tab of the game application.
  • All offer redemptions must adhere to the terms and conditions as stated in the email. The voucher is valid till 24/08/2016 at The Body Shop® Stores in Singapore except IMM store and while stock lasts. The offer is only valid for use on Tea Tree regular-priced items excluding gift sets, gift cards & fundraising products. Only one (1) offer may be used per person per transaction; each offer is valid for a one (1) time redemption only. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or membership promotions and is limited to SGD500 retail value per voucher. Photocopies of the vouchers are not accepted.
  • By registering to enter the campaign, the participant grants The Body Shop the right to use their name for publicity and marketing purposes, including mentioning their name on The Body Shop® Facebook pages and other social media sites, on The Body Shop® website and in marketing and promotional materials.
  • Multiple plays are allowed.
  • The first three (3) participants to complete all 5 chapters during the campaign period from 28/07/2016 to 24/08/2016 will win a Tea Tree hamper consisting of Tea Tree Oil (20ml), Tea Tree 3-in-1 Wash. Scrub. Mask, Tea Tree Cleaning Wipe and Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Daily Solution worth $110.60.
  • Winners will be notified via their registered email by 11.59pm, 17/09/2016. Said notification requires a positive response within seven (7) days of contact. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited or disposed at the sole discretion of The Body Shop. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. The Body Shop reserves the right to replace any prize with items of similar value without prior notice.

  • The Body Shop reserves the right to disqualify any participants that do not meet the terms and conditions of the campaign. This includes any registration submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
  • The Body Shop will have the final discretion to decide on any issue arising from the administration of the campaign, including the awarding of all prizes and any other situation not covered in these terms and conditions. Such decision; shall be final and binding on all participants in the campaign, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the decisions of The Body Shop.
  • The Body Shop reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the campaign.
